Return Policy

The Everything Shoppe Marketplace Return Policy

1. Exchanges for Full Refund if Unused/New and Unopened in Original Undamaged Packaging: Shall be accepted. within 7 days of purchase. Actual shipping costs are deducted from refund.

2. Exchanges for Another Item: Shall be accepted within 14 days of purchase for another item of equal or greater value if item purchased is in unused/new and unopened condition, in its original undamaged packaging. Customer pays for all shipping costs.

3. Exchanges or Refund if Item Has Been Opened and in New Condition: Shall be accepted within 14 days of purchase minus a 25% Debased Fee in which item will then be resold as Returned/Used.

4. Exchanges/Repairs for Warranty Issues: Are to be handled between the consumer and the manufacturer of that particular item. We do not handle manufacturer warranty issues.

5. Before Any Item is Returned: Buyer must contact us to explain the problem(s) and/or reason(s) for desired return or exchange. When a valid return/request-for-refund is identified a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. No refunds, returns or credits will be issued without an RMA from the seller or if the item is found to be damaged or misused after returned.

NOTE: ALL returns must be pre-approved before returning otherwise return will be rejected and returned to sender.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
